The Department of Education at Carroll University offers partnership opportunities to school districts throughout Wisconsin and beyond. These partnerships let your employees access a wide variety of high-quality programs in education geared to prepare the next generation of educators and district leaders.
- Student discount applicable to all of our graduate education programs
- Some districts may want to start a “Grow Your Own” program through Carroll to address staffing challenges. A Grow Your Own Program can include:
- Site-based classes and instruction (depending on cohort size and location).
- Customizing practicum and field experiences with on-site supervisors.
- Significant tuition discounts (greater than 15%)
- Developing district in-house instructors and trainers.

Preparation for school and district leadership positions. licensure and masters degree options
Do you have a paraprofessional that is interested in becoming a teacher? Our Master of Arts in Teaching program is now included in our partnership program! This program prepares entry level educators for the classroom in either an Elementary and Special Education Track or a Secondary and ESL Track.
The Education Department offers a variety of programs for educators with a teaching license to advance their skills with new courses, certificates, licenses or an M.Ed. degree. Programs include non-credit, credit and licensure options, along with customized pathways toward earning a Master's degree.
This program offers a supportive and interactive environment for current classroom teachers to broaden their understanding and skills related to research-based reading assessment, evaluation and instruction.
This program extends the reading teacher license for educators wishing to pursue additional expertise in literacy assessment, instruction and leadership.
